Here are several altered composition books and a velvet bag. I use similar books to log in my bears as they are done, to write sweater patterns in, as a guest book at my sales tables etc. The bags are just big enough for the essentials - ID , credit cards, a little cash etc. The cord is long enough to go over your head and shoulder so that you can have your hands free for "bear shopping".
