By the time we returned home and put everything away we were both hot and exhausted. Found everything at our Neighborhood Walwart but the Mater Man's booth was empty, Found the other veggie booth South on 7hwy in from the Blue Springs Fitness...peaches , zucchini and a red onion !
We have a heat advisory... and our temp is currently 95 F... so no cooking tonight. Ham, swiss cheese, tomatoes and red onion with mayo on a bakery roll is planned and I made a batch of carrot salad as a side.... and watermelon! Fresh sliced peaches with Cook Whip for dessert!
