A tornado watch is in effect until 9pm tonight and maybe another watch tomorrow...a severe thunderstorm is also a watch from today through tomorrow..

checked all the local tv stations... nothing live though all had "crawls".... you know the lines at the bottom with the news/alerts etc from the weather channel
By 6 pm all the stations showed the storms moving more northerly almost to the Iowa border...looks like all my worry has been for naught.

I am so glad you weren't affected by the tornadoes after all and that your family is safe! I truly hope this bad weather passes without any damage. Our thoughts and prayers are with you from Greece.
