Oscar's tiny house

Oscar the Mouse has joined the tiny house craze, with the help of the resident male big person.....Oscar will not be making his debut for awhile, but his house will be showing up to show off its changes!!

Canning... spicey tomato chutney

My son and I spent the weekend canning tomatoes at his house... plain sauces and two spaghetti sauces.... but we ran out of time. So I did the tomato chutney at my house on Monday.  I ddn't end up with lots... too much cooking down to a thick saucy consistency... but it is good. I think it will make a great condiment or with cheese and crackers!!
